How can I get samples?
Please let me know the model name as well as the quantity for each model, and then we issue the PI for you. We will deliver the samples to you immediately upon receipt of the payment.
Is it possible to attach our logo printed on your products?
Yes, It is available for printing any logo on the products.
What's the warranty term of your products?
We will provide you 12 months quality guarantee. If the problem happend within one year,please kindly send back to us for mending.
What about the delivery time?
Initial Order: Within 25 days after the receipt of the down payment. Repeat order: 10days.
How about payment terms?
The 30% down payment will be remitted in advance, and the balance will be settled by T/T before shipping.
If you are unable to obtain a solution through the FAQ, please submit a detailed message to our Technical Support Staff. We may not be able to respond adequately to questions that are too general, and answers will be simply be copied from the FAQs if the topic is already covered. Therefore, please be specific in your questions and forward as much details as possible in order for us to provide useful answers that are applicable to your particular problem.
